Dr. Desmond Patton, Ph.D

Dr. Desmond Patton, Ph.D., is the Brian and Randi Schwartz University Professor at Penn, with appointments in the School of Social Policy & Practice, Annenberg School for Communication, and a secondary role in Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine. He is the founding director of SAFElab and Faculty Director of the Penn Center for Inclusive Innovation and Tech. Patton is a member of the National Academy of Medicine, Mozilla Rise 25 Change Agent, Obama Foundation USA Leader Alum, and Presidential Leadership Scholar Alum.
